Due to organic growth of our rent roll, we require an experienced property manager to manage a clean portfolio - there is no mess to tidy-up!

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a keen interest and understanding of property management. Working alongside a dedicated property management team committed to growing the business, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Property Management of your own portfolio. You will confidently manage the portfolio whilst providing our clients with the very best of service. You will also be directly responsible for growing the rent roll by securing new business provided by internal referrals from your colleagues. We keep our rent roll ratios deliberately low so that you can give your clients the outstanding service they deserve.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule and provide exceptional service to clients. You live your life with complete personal accountability and don’t rely on others for your motivation or to do your job for you.
