Mrs Everett went on to say that she was very proud of the properties she had purchased for clients and the returns she had generated for them. “Even though the Perthproperty market has been generally flat over the last few years, some of my clients are ahead as much as 20% or $100,000 on their purchase price.”

Mrs Everett attributed this to the rigorous selection criteria she employs when purchasing a property. “You can’t just assume all properties will grow in value at the same rate.” she said. “A small difference in capital growth rates means hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional wealth over a 10 year period.
