Current Opportunities
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. You will be responsible for supporting our finance brokers by overseeing the loan process from submission through to settlement.
YOU
Your key responsibilities will be:

Liaising with banks and clients on a daily basis
-
Submitting loan applications
-
Follow-up on mortgage documentation
-
Keep the broker informed of the loan progress
-
Ensure clients are informed of the process, in-line with our customer service charter
-
Submission of commission claims from the Aggregator
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

12 months plus experience in a similar role

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

THE ROLE

membership, a keen interest and understanding of how to create wealth through
property and first-rate client management skills necessary to arrange finance
and promote our core property related services to our client base.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Meeting with clients and assessing their needs
- Arranging finance suitable to clients’ property investment strategies
- Identifying how we can help build our clients’ wealth through property and refer them to our core property services
If you are to be successful in this role, you will be a
self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule and
client management strategies.
