YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has MFAA membership, a keen interest and understanding of how to create wealth through property and first-rate client management skills necessary to arrange finance and promote our core property related services to our client base.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Meeting with clients and assessing their needs
  • Arranging finance suitable to clients’ property investment strategies
  • Identifying how we can help build our clients’ wealth through property and refer them to our core services

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule and client management strategies. You live your life with complete personal accountability and don’t rely on others for your motivation or to do your job for you. You live and breathe property and your passion to help others achieve their goals is paramount to your personal success. In addition to this you have:

Essential

  • Current MFAA accreditation
  • A genuine passion for property
  • Strong sales ability
  • Experience in mortgage broking
  • Commitment and desire to achieve results
  • A proven ability to commit and stay focused no matter what
  • Excellent client contact management strategies
  • Strong desire to further your knowledge about property investment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Savvy IT skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking ability

Highly Desirable

  • Tertiary Education
  • Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
  • A documented personal plan for generating business
  • Proven ability to consistently settle more than $2m per month

  • Exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking ability

Highly Desirable

  • Tertiary Education

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the property / real estate industry

Senior Property Manager

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a keen interest and understanding of property management and investment. Working alongside a dedicated property management team committed to growing the business, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Property Management of your own portfolio. You will confidently manage  the portfolio whilist providing our clients with the very best of service. You will also be directly responsible for growing the rent roll by securing new business. You will receive internal referrals from your Buyers Agent and Finance Broker colleagues. 

We keep our property management levels deliberately low so that you can give your clients the outstanding service they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To manage a small portfolio
  • Business development
  • Leasing and advertising
  • Bond lodgements and disbursements
  • Final bond inspections and routine inspections
  • Property Condition Reports
  • Dealing with tenant enquiries
  • Attending to matters / disputes in court
  • Maximising our clients' returns through regular rent reviews
  • Maintenance matters
  • Foster relationships with internal consultants to provide your clients with the optimum level of service

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule and provide exceptional level of service to clients. You live your life with complete personal accountability and don’t rely on others for your motivation or to do your job for you.   • Current Property Mangement Registration
  • Can effectively manage a portfolio capped at 100 properties
  • Strong business development skills
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Commitment and desire to achieve results
  • A proven ability to commit and stay focused no matter what
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Savvy IT skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient IT administration skills including knowledge of Outlook and REST
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Committed to working with procedures and processes

  • Education post secondary school
  • Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding service to clients
