Our Team

The team is led by Damian Collins, a respected and successful property investor, whom provides both a vision and wealth of experience for the company. Throughout his investment career both in Perth and interstate, Damian recognised the need of time-poor investors for a trusted source of advice that could guide their property investment decisions. Damian formed Momentum Wealth to fulfil this role and assist investors in achieving their long-term property wealth goals.

Damian owns a multi-million dollar property portfolio and as the founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth applies his many years of experience to help our clients accelerate their wealth creation. His own carefully developed system for selecting the best performing property investments is used to find our clients the finest investment properties.

Damian has completed a Bachelor of Business at RMIT University in Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. He has also completed the stringent requirements for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is currently a member of both institutions. Damian is also an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

Chris is the Licensee of our Property Division and a Property Wealth Consultant / Finance Broker. He has over 7 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent both in Perth and interstate plus has extensive knowledge in all aspects of buying, selling, managing, financing and investing in real estate.
 
Chris also holds a Certifiacte IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking), and a Diploma in Property. 

With Chris' vast background and knowledge, he is able to provide clients with a multi-dimensional view to property investment and offer his clients the best service.

Verity has more than 12 years experience in the real estate industry, most of which was spent in property management. She is an excellent communicator and shows great skill and patience in resolving issues. This has led her to develop successful relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Verity is absolutely committed to achieving the optimum level of rent for landlords and ensuring only the highest quality tenants are selected. 

As a successful property investor herself, Verity understands the concerns of landlords and uses her vast experience to ensure vacancy periods are minimised and that properties are maintained to the highest standard. 

Shannon has over five years experience in the finance industry. He has a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

He has excellent knowledge of the various financial options and products available to clients. He enjoys helping people to achieve their dream of owning a home or investing in property and shows great persistence in getting the deal done. He is always willing to try a number of different alternatives to achieve the best outcome for the client.

A great communicator, Shannon is adept at building long lasting relationships with clients – who come back to him time and time again.

It’s fair to say that Emma knows the property industry back to front. She has experience working for real estate buyers, sellers and property developers.

Emma has excelled right from the beginning of her career winning the title of ‘Rookie of the Year’ from the Australasian Real Estate Rewards Network. Her qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts.

Emma is passionate about helping people to create a better future for themselves and their family through astute property investment. She is an expert at finding outstanding investment properties and negotiating favourable deals for clients. 

Always sincere, thorough and hardworking, clients regularly comment on her first-class service. She is genuinely interested in helping clients to succeed and works tenaciously on their behalf to get them the best possible outcome. 

Sarcha has over 5 years experience in the Finance industry and more recently has chosen to specialise in finance broking. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of International Business and Certificate IV (Finance Broking). She is also accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

A great listener, Sarcha is adept at understanding client’s individual needs and putting together a perfectly tailored finance solution.  She has regularly demonstrated her skill in obtaining approval for complex proposals where other mortgage brokers had failed. She puts this success down to her tenacity to find a solution where others might easily give up.

A property investor herself, Sarcha enjoys helping clients build wealth through property investment. She receives great satisfaction in seeing clients achieve financial goals they previously perceived to be out of reach.

David’s rich and varied career has provided him with a breadth of knowledge that would be difficult to replicate.

He has worked in property development, held senior positions in the Police Force and even spent 7 years as a full-time property investor. Add to this his experience in senior management and motivational speaking, and it’s clear to see why he is has become a highly valued Property Wealth Consultant.  

David has razor sharp negotiation skills and a keen instinct for identifying strong investment opportunities, particularly those that enable investors to build equity quickly through renovations. He is honest, reliable and has great interpersonal skills. His ‘never give up’ attitude has proven time and time again to be valuable asset for his clients.

Sudha has 6 years experience in the Finance industry and has been broking for over 2 years. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Legal Studies and a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance Broking). She is also fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

One of Sudha’s main strengths is her ability to analyse and deconstruct complex loan scenarios in order to allow clients to maximise their borrowings and further their wealth creation plans. On numerous occasions she has been able to obtain millions of dollars of financing for clients that had previously been declined by their bank. She has developed a reputation as a finance broker who gets the job done when others have failed. 

Always the consummate professional, Sudha is committed to keeping her clients informed throughout the loan process. Clients appreciate her honest, down-to-earth nature and she enjoys nothing more than conversing with clients about their property investment plans. 

Ian is a highly experienced Property Wealth Consultant. He has spent over 26 years in the finance industry and is accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) & Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL).

Ian’s detailed knowledge gives clients the confidence to expand their investment portfolio, knowing that their finances are structured correctly and suit their needs. 

Ian is patient, straight to the point and will challenge clients’ thinking if required, attributes that are highly valued by his clients. He receives great satisfaction in helping clients realise their property investment goals sooner than expected.

Rodolfo is a highly experienced Property Wealth Consultant. With over 9 years experience in the finance industry and many more running his own successful business, Rodolfo’s knowledge and experience are assets to his clients. He is fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

He is skilled at helping all types of property investors build wealth through choosing the right products and achieving the optimum financial structures. This ensures clients can maximise their tax benefits and minimise their borrowing costs.

Marcus is a highly experienced Property Wealth Consultant and fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). With over 16 years experience in property investment, Marcus has built many successful long-term relationships with clients. 

He receives great satisfaction seeing clients achieve their goals and come back to him year after year to help expand their property portfolios. One of his main strengths is helping clients achieve their long-term goals through correct product choice and structuring of loans.

A successful property investor himself, Marcus takes the effort to consider how clients’ situations may change in 5 or 10 years time to ensure their loans and structures will assist - not restrict - their future investment plans. Qualified with an honours degree in Engineering, Ray is an active investor and has an analytical and systematic approach in finding high-performing properties. His experiences in business and as a real estate sales agent have given him the edge in negotiating great deals.

Originally a Financial Consultant in North America Susan has over 6 years experience in the Financial Industry. She is fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), and has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a Management Major (Bmgt), Mutual funds license and full insurance license.

She is highly energetic and committed to meeting each client's needs. She has keen instincts which enable her to navigate complex scenarios and find suitable outcomes. She is truly energised by helping clients achieve their fi¬nancial goals and dreams, and is tireless in her efforts to fi¬nd fresh ways to overcome obstacles. She values an open honest approach and works tenaciously on behalf of her clients to consistently achieve great results.

Joanne is one of our senior property managers. She has been in the real estate industry for over 4 years and has a Certificate II in Business. Previously she has worked in both the airline and retail industries.

She is passionate about the industry and works hard for her clients to achieve maximum returns and best outcomes. She ensures that all properties are maintained to the highest standard and strives for a high level of communication so that clients are always kept up to date. She is committed to customer service and focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships between landlords, tenants and the property management team.
