The team is led by Damian Collins, a respected and successful property investor, whom provides both a vision and wealth of experience for the company. Throughout his investment career both in Perth and interstate, Damian recognised the need of time-poor investors for a trusted source of advice that could guide their property investment decisions. Damian formed Momentum Wealth to fulfil this role and assist investors in achieving their long-term property wealth goals.

Damian owns a multi-million dollar property portfolio and as the founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth applies his many years of experience to help our clients accelerate their wealth creation. His own carefully developed system for selecting the best performing property investments is used to find our clients the finest investment properties.

Damian has completed a Bachelor of Business at RMIT University in Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. He has also completed the stringent requirements for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is currently a member of both institutions. Damian is also an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

It’s fair to say that Emma knows the property industry back to front. She has experience working for real estate buyers, sellers and property developers.

Emma has excelled right from the beginning of her career winning the title of ‘Rookie of the Year’ from the Australasian Real Estate Rewards Network. Her qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts.

Emma is passionate about helping people to create a better future for themselves and their family through astute property investment. She is an expert at finding outstanding investment properties and negotiating favourable deals for clients. 

Always sincere, thorough and hardworking, clients regularly comment on her first-class service. She is genuinely interested in helping clients to succeed and works tenaciously on their behalf to get them the best possible outcome. 

Sarcha has over 5 years experience in the Finance industry and more recently has chosen to specialise in finance broking. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of International Business and Certificate IV (Finance Broking). She is also accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

A great listener, Sarcha is adept at understanding client’s individual needs and putting together a perfectly tailored finance solution.  She has regularly demonstrated her skill in obtaining approval for complex proposals where other mortgage brokers had failed. She puts this success down to her tenacity to find a solution where others might easily give up.

A property investor herself, Sarcha enjoys helping clients build wealth through property investment. She receives great satisfaction in seeing clients achieve financial goals they previously perceived to be out of reach.

Marcus is a highly experienced Property Wealth Consultant and fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). With over 16 years experience in property investment, Marcus has built many successful long-term relationships with clients. 

He receives great satisfaction seeing clients achieve their goals and come back to him year after year to help expand their property portfolios. One of his main strengths is helping clients achieve their long-term goals through correct product choice and structuring of loans.

A successful property investor himself, Marcus takes the effort to consider how clients’ situations may change in 5 or 10 years time to ensure their loans and structures will assist - not restrict - their future investment plans. His genuine commitment and friendly, positive nature make him a pleasure to work with.

Qualified with an honours degree in Engineering, Ray is an active investor and has an analytical and systematic approach in finding high-performing properties. His experiences in business and as a real estate sales agent have given him the edge in negotiating great deals.

Ray measures wealth as the number of days, weeks, months or years you can live to the level of your dreams, without having to work. His commitment to you is to help you increase your wealth through finding exceptional property deals that will consistently outperform the market. Emma has over 7 years experience in the finance industry and in that time has received multiple awards for her performance. Her knowledge extends across a variety of financial solutions ranging from basic loans to complex trust and company lending. She is fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). She also has a Certificate IV in Financial Services and has obtained her Finance Brokers' B-Class License.

She is passionate about helping her clients to build wealth through property investment and achieve their financial goals and dreams. She is committed to overcoming obstacles with creative solutions and works hard to make sure the application process is as smooth as possible for her clients.

Amanda DiMasi - Finance Broker 

Amanda DiMasi has almost 10 years experience within the finance industry. She holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) in both Consumer and Commercial Finance. Amanda possesses a Finance Brokers' B-Class License and is currently completing her Masters Degree in Finance.

Amanda strongly believes in working with her clients over the long term to help them achieve their property investment goals. Amanda’s highly organised nature and ability to solve complex finance problems has proven to be a valuable resource for her clients. Amanda is committed to continually expanding her knowledge, which has seen her achieve great success throughout her career and build a loyal client base. She always maintains a high level of friendly and professional service and her clients attest to her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.

Miriam has over 10 years of experience in the property industry and has also spent numerous years in the financial services, advertising and hospitality industries. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Property and a Diploma of Business Studies (Hospitality Management). She is an active property investor in her own right and with her broad range of experiences she is well-equipped to identify strong purchasing opportunities for her clients. Her experience as a real estate sales agent has also given her an added advantage during negotiations.

She enjoys helping people to help themselves by supporting them throughout their property investment journey. She is committed to helping clients build substantial wealth, while protecting their best interests at all times.

Michelle Farnan has over 4 years of experience in the property industry both in Western Australia and the UK, plus over 18 years within the sales and customer sector. As a property investor herself, Michelle has been savvy in her own home and investment property purchases by successfully buying under market value and researching and securing off market property. With strong focus and knowledge on the Perth property market, Michelle's aim is to provide clients the passion and desire to succeed in property to help them create long-term wealth.

Diana Armour has over 7 years of experience in the finance industry and has also spent numerous years in the mining and automotive industries. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Sales and Marketing and a Masters in Electronic Commerce. Diana is fully accredited with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and has obtained her Finance Brokers' B-Class License. She is also a member of AIM, Local Chambers, and Women's Networking Association of Australia and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Diana is passionate about delivering excellence in each and every loan application and helping clients overcome obstacles that may arise. She works towards providing a solid financial foundation which her clients can rely on to achieve their property investment goals.

Andrew Gill has over 30 years of experience at senior levels of tourism and hospitality industries and has previously owned several businesses. He is a member of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce and the SKAL-International Institute of Travel and Tourism Professionals. As a keen property investor, Andrew wishes to share his knowledge and experience with clients and help them achieve their property investment goals.

Andrew is passionate about assisting clients build their wealth in the dynamic WA property market and values long term relationships. He has strong negotiation skills and a keen instinct for identifying excellent investment opportunities. Andrew always maintains a high level of friendly and professional service and is committed to keeping his clients informed every step of the way. He is open and honest and speaks from experience.

Kent Cliffe - Education Specialist

Kent has over 4 years of experience in the customer service sector with strong knowledge in education and training. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Money and Banking as well as International Business Economics. Kent is an avid investor and is a member of the Mannkal Economic Education Foundation.

He believes the most important investment anybody can make is an investment in knowledge. As an Education Specialist, Kent's main responsibility is to show clients that the true rewards come to those who take the time to study, understand and apply the strategies and techniques of successful property investing. Kent is passionate about inspiring others to take action and reach their property investment goals.

Kent will ensure clients have the necessary tools and resources to help them build serious long-term wealth through property.

Lucy Cappeluti - Senior Property Manager

Lucy has worked in the real estate industry for over 8 years and is also a member of the REIWA Property Management Committee. As an active investor, she understands the concerns of landlords and is genuinely passionate about Property. Lucy is certified in Commercial Property Management, Strata Management and Residential Property Management.

Her main strengths lie in being an excellent communicator and having the patience and problem solving skills to resolve issues that arise. She works hard for her clients to save them time and ensure they're achieving maximum returns on their investment properties. Lucy likes to maintain a consistent communication with both tenants and landlords alike and is willing to go above and beyond to assist clients build their wealth through property investment.

Lucy uses her experience to ensure vacancy periods are minimised and properties are maintained to the highest standard.
