Annual Performance Evaluation Report
This report
evaluates the current performance of your property and provides specific
recommendations on how you can improve the income generated from your property
and increase your equity. For instance, we provide recommendations on how
to add value through renovations and refurbishments and in doing so give you an
estimate of the improvement costs and an anticipated post-improvement market
rent and property value.
Annual Market Appraisal Report
This report provides a
current appraisal of your property to determine its current value and growth
since the previous period. By showing the growth in equity, you can clearly see
the wealth being created and assess whether you want to make further investments
utilising your equity.

to deliver the highest standard of personalised service. An important aspect of
this service is maintaining open channels of communication at all times. We are

What is the pricing structure?
Our pricing structure is similar to
that offered by most property managers. With this structure, the owner is
charged for individual items when the costs are incurred. We do not charge
any additional fees for our Annual Performance Evaluation Report and Annual Market
Appraisal Report. These reports are included as part of the service. Here is an
indication of the typical costs to the owner under such a structure:
- Letting Fee – an amount equal to two weeks rent (payable by landlord).
- Management Fee – a percentage of the gross collections per annum
- Property Condition Report – charged at commencement of each Tenancy
- Final Bond Inspection – charged at the end of each Tenancy
- Routine Inspection Report – charged per inspection (usually conducted quarterly)
- Advertising – charged at cost to the company
- Postages and Petties – monthly charge (inc. telephone, facsimile, email)
