Damian formed Momentum Wealth to fulfill this role and assist investors in achieving their long-term property wealth goals.

Qualified with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Communications Degree (Public Relations) and a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), Jennifer is the Property Licensee, an avid property investor and truly believes in the wealth creation power of property. She is passionate about the vital role that the team at Momentum Wealth provide in this process along with the full-service offering extended to our clients.

Alex Donkin

Chief Financial Officer

Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant who brings over 15 years of strategic and business planning, financial and commercial management, analysis and forecasting to Momentum Wealth. Passionate about risk management and system improvement, Alex looks after the financial management, reporting and tax affairs of the Momentum Wealth companies and funds. Alex has a strong background in property having spent five years in commercial and finance roles with a large international property company and a Big 4 accounting firm.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia and is the Manager of Development at Momentum Wealth. Philip has over 10 years of experience in the end to end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of development areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form and industrial land subdivision.

Melvin brings strong experience from regional marketing leadership roles in the consulting and professional services industries. A  passionate advocate for marketing science with a keen interest in property investing, Melvin also believes in the proven effectiveness of research and data-driven strategic advice for both marketing and property investment. Melvin bought his first investment property at the age of 24 and continues to be an active property investor.

During her career, Julie has held key management roles across the retail, commercial and industrial sectors. Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognised, with Julie being named top achieving property manager for Australia whilst working with an international real estate group. Julie holds a Diploma in Real Estate Management and a Triennial Certificate in Real Estate.

With over six years’ experience in the commercial property industry and holding a Bachelor of Commerce, Jake has quickly established himself as an integral member of Momentum Wealth’s Commercial Property Management team. Jake takes a proactive approach to management that focusses on building strong relationships with tenants, and he prides himself on adding values to properties in his portfolio. Jake has extensive experience negotiating lease renewals and extensions with tenants and is dedicated to ensuring his clients get the maximum return from their assets.

Development Manager

Shane brings a wealth of experience to the Momentum team, having held previous roles as Development Manager for a number of major government and residential development firms. He has an extensive background in the end-to-end delivery of land and built-form projects, including medium-to-high density developments and land subdivisions spanning across both the residential and commercial sectors. His past projects include the Verdant Apartments in the Perth CBD, 26 on Charles Apartments in South Perth and over 60 hectares of residential and industrial land subdivisions across Perth. As Development Manager at Momentum Wealth, Shane applies his expertise in project management, construction, design development, due diligence and contract management to lead the delivery of our larger syndicated projects. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Curtin University, from which he graduated with Honours in 2012.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) and brings extensive experience to the Momentum Wealth Development Team. Previous roles as a Town Planner (both private and local government), Project Manager and Development Manager have allowed Jeremy to develop experience across the full width of the industry. Having managed developments in Victoria and Queensland adds to Jeremy’s range of experience and he was instrumental in establishing Peet’s Medium Density department. As Development Manager at Momentum Wealth, Jeremy plays an influential role establishing relationships with clients and helping them build wealth through property whilst also contributing to the sustainability and liveability of Perth.

Kate has worked in the Development Team at Momentum Wealth for 3 years. Kate has 7 years’ experience in property law, primarily with property settlements from her time working as a paralegal at a banking and finance law firm. Kate has recently completed studies in project management. As Assistant Development Manager Kate is responsible for the start to end delivery of small to medium scale residential developments as well as assisting in the delivery of larger syndicated development projects.

Ronan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and brings over 6 years of industry experience to the Momentum Wealth Development Team. Having held previous roles in commercial construction, estimating and project management, Ronan has experience overseeing the full cycle of development, from feasibility through to completion and sale. As Assistant Development Manager, Ronan is responsible for delivering the company’s small to medium-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
