DamianAfter several years of serving as a councillor at REIWA, Momentum Wealth managing director Damian Collins has been elected as deputy president of the organisation.

The appointment comes after David Airey stepped down as president of REIWA, and replaced by Hayden Groves, who was serving in the deputy president role.

Damian’s appointment as deputy president comes after serving as a councillor for the organisation since 2011.

As well as his involvement with REIWA, Damian is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia,

Damian paid tribute to the work of David Airey, who had been at the helm of REIWA for four years.

“David has significantly strengthened REIWA’s profile, particularly through the relaunch of REIWA’s website earlier this year, which now provides the public with much more news, information and data on the real estate market,” Damian said.

“I’m sure Hayden will continue the great work carried out by his predecessor and provide a strong voice for the real estate industry.”
