Tenant Emergency Repairs Procedure


Given recent developments in the COVID-19 outbreak and the broader impact on our community, we are adapting some of our usual processes to ensure we maintain the health and safety of our team, tenants and contractors.

From Monday 23rd March, our reception area will be closed to the public, however will continue to take calls as normal.

Contractors and Keys

While contractors are able to collect keys from our office, we have requested that they contact tenants and attempt to negotiate a time to meet on site to prevent the need for collection and handling of keys. We encourage you to please be accommodating during this time, and meet contractors on site where possible.

All of our contractors have employed measures to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19, however should you have any concerns, please discuss them direct with the contractor/s.

Should you be vacating the property you are renting, a key collection and return area has been set up between the lifts and glass doors to reception.

Routine Inspections

Routine inspections will continue as scheduled, however please advise your property manager prior to the date of the inspection if you have:

– been outside of Australia within the last 14 days:

– been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus within the last 14 days

– been feeling unwell (even in the slightest) with fever, flu like symptoms such as coughing,   running nose, sneezing, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.

All property managers have been provided with gloves and hand sanitiser for use during routine inspections, and will refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible. Should you have specific concerns, please inform your property manager.

Rent Payments

Please note that our office will not be accepting cash or cheque payments. All payments are to be made via Direct Debit, EFT, or direct deposit at any Westpac branch.

We understand that the COVID-19 outbreak will have an impact on some tenants and their ability to pay rent. Should you experience financial difficulty or have any concerns regarding your tenancy, please contact your property manager to discuss.
