Momentum Wealth grows planning and development team

Momentum Wealth has expanded its planning and developments division with the creation of an assistant development manager role.
The position was created to help oversee Momentum Wealth’s growing pipeline of development projects, including project syndicates and private client developments.
The role has been filled by James Franklin, a residential and commercial construction industry professional who has previously served as an estimator, site engineer and contract administrator.
James has completed a bachelor degree in construction management and economics specialising in quantity survey and construction management at the University of South Australia.
Furthermore, Momentum Wealth would also like to welcome Nikola Goodall to the planning and developments division.
Nikola has been appointed as a client liaison officer and takes over from Emma Hope, who has moved to a role in Momentum Wealth’s finance division.
Nikola holds a certificate IV in business and has five years’ experience in the property industry.
