Momentum Wealth recognised for excellence in customer service
Momentum Wealth was honoured to be named winner of the Best Customer Service Award at the Better Business Awards in Perth recently.
The award was presented to the best Western Australian business that displayed a superior customer service offering and also considers the firm’s point of difference, new strategies and tools to increase customer service capabilities and company achievements.
The Better Business Awards are state-based awards that are eligible to all mortgage and finance brokers within Western Australia.
Winning the award is a true reflection of the fantastic work by our amazing finance team, and the broader company, who continually deliver outstanding results for clients every day.

The Best Customer Service Award is the first accolade for Momentum Wealth in 2017, after the company won a number of awards last year.
These included the MFAA Diversified Business Award, the Australian Broking Awards’ Office of the Year Award (non-franchise 5 or less brokers), the REIWA Large Residential Agency of the Year Award and the Better Business Awards’ Editor’s Choice Award.
Momentum Wealth was also inducted in the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s (REIWA) Hall of Fame after being named the best Large Residential Agency for 3 years in a row.
