The top ten suburbs for average annual growth rate over the past 10 years

Our research team found that seven of the top ten suburbs were located within 15 kilometers of the Perth CBD and that stock in these locations is mostly low density housing. These top performing suburbs also have a relatively higher proportion of owner occupiers, an average of 70.9% compared to the greater Perth average of 69.1%. Many of these suburbs are also considered “bridesmaid” locations, in that they neighbor much more expensive postcodes, such as Lathlain neighboring Victoria Park and Kallaroo neighboring Hillarys.
