Momentum Wealth is fortunate enough to be celebrating 10 years of business in 2016 and we’re taking this opportunity to look back on the Perth property market to see how it’s changed.
New suburbs in the last 10 years
There’s been an incredible amount of change and growth in Perth over the last decade and it can be easy to forget just how far our city has come since 2006. Suburbs that are staples of today’s landscape were only just starting to be developed 10 years ago and these incredible aerial shots show how amazing that change is.
Most of these suburbs follow the extension of Perth’s urban sprawl down the main corridors, correlating with the freeway. North Coogee is the most central location on the list as an underutilised vacant port area. Now it’s the most expensive suburb on the list and features a large amount of apartments where other suburbs remain mainly single residential dwellings.
