Momentum Wealth Research has been monitoring the Pilbara region over the past few years and has identified strong indicators the market has now reached bottom in our investment-targeted towns with excellent opportunity for substantial growth in the short term (5 years) in both rental returns and capital value.

Momentum Wealth Funds Management’s position is to purchase up to $8m of research-approved properties (targeting 50% maximum gearing) within the towns of Karratha, Port Hedland, South Hedland and Dampier, to a strategically diverse portfolio with a deliberate and defined exit strategy.

Along with strict, research-guided purchase criteria, the diversity of the fund provides greater exposure with diluted risk for investors across multiple markets; while a stringent exit strategy also maximises gains and mitigates market risk.

  • Research guided, strict purchase criteria
