The suburb, which has a median house price of $571,000, has a median age of 33 and a population of about 5,700 residents.
It’s zoned mostly medium density (R25 and R30) with about 82% of dwellings being houses and 17% duplexes, villas and townhouses. There is also minimal state housing in the area.
