As Associate Director (Real Estate) at HHG Legal Group, Anne leads the firm’s real estate team in advising clients on commercial real estate transactions.

In this role she acts for corporate and private individuals and provide advice on all aspects of commercial property matters.

She acts for local, national and international clients in commercial real estate transactions focusing on prompt, friendly, commercial and cost effective legal advice, some examples of which are:

  • Advising sellers and buyers on commercial property due diligence including title and lease reviews;
  • Advising on commercial property structures;
  • Acting on acquisitions and disposals including drafting contracts of sale and related documents;
  • Providing legal advice on commercial property matters generally;
  • Advising landlords and tenants on lease matters; and
  • Preparation and finalisation of complex lease structures.

Malav Oza

Malav is a Manager with PKF Lawler in Perth with more than 15 years of experience in taxation advisory and value added services.
Joining PKF Lawler in 2008 and bringing with him eight years of exposure in Taxation, he was appointed as a Manager in 2010. Malav is a member of PKF Australia’s Taxation Committee and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute.

His professional focus is in Business Advisory, Tax Planning and Employee Share Ownership Schemes with expertise in Structuring and Re-structuring, Succession Planning, Cash Flow Management, Business Valuations and General Taxation Advice associated with transactions.

He advises clients in various industries including mining support services, real estate, medical practices, manufacturing and service organisations, automotive sales and service and franchised businesses.

Lawrence Scanlan

Laurie initially worked for the architect’s Robert Hanlin and Montague Grant in Perth before forming the Horner Scanlan Partnership, working on residential, commercial, industrial and mining projects. He formed his current company, Lawrence J Scanlan & Associates Pty Ltd (Scanlan Architects) in 1984 and has operated a successful architectural practice since.

Laurie has lead the firm’s growth and development from private residences to hospitality projects, mixed use developments, residential and commercial towers. His strengths lay in client consultation, brief development, concept / schematic design development and team management in addition to his vast knowledge of planning and construction methodologies and logistics.

His practice is strongly motivated towards the effective integration of passive solar energy control parameters in building projects together with best practice ESD principles, whilst maintaining innovative design approach to achieve the most satisfying design outcomes.

Zac Morrow

Zac has long been a keen property investor and purchased his first  property at just 19 years of age. A few years later he undertook his first development, a passion that would later become a full-time career.  Zac is a Design and Building Consultant, and has successfully tendered hundreds of small construction projects to competitive builders.

Zac currently manages the Momentum Wealth development team, which includes overseeing a department of specialists, administrators, coordinators, analysts and finance advisors. He is extensively involved with every project Momentum Wealth manages and personally oversees each project from beginning to completion.

Kent Cliffe

As a relationship manager in Momentum Wealth’s corporate property division, Kent works primarily with residential development syndicates.

In this role Kent manages a broad range of responsibilities including market research, due diligence, site acquisition, design, planning and fund raising.

Through his work, Kent has acquired a sound understanding of the Perth property market, which is essential to identifying the changing and varying needs of investors and owner-occupier buyers, alike.

Prior to joining Momentum Wealth’s corporate property division, Kent worked as an acquisitions specialists in the company’s private client division for 4 years.

Kent’s outstanding work has been recognised with back-to-back wins at the REIWA and REIA Awards for Excellence in which he won the Buyer’s Agent of the Year award in 2014 and 2015.

Kent has also completed a bachelor of economics majoring in money and banking.
