Zac Morrow

Department Manager – Development

Zac has long been a keen property investor and purchased his first  property at just 19 years of age. A few years later he undertook his first development, a passion that would later become a full-time career.  Zac is a Design and Building Consultant, and has successfully tendered hundreds of small construction projects to competitive builders.

Zac currently manages the Momentum Wealth development team, which includes overseeing a department of specialists, administrators, coordinators, analysts and finance advisors. He is extensively involved with every project Momentum Wealth manages and personally oversees each project from beginning to completion.

Kent Cliffe

Relationship Manager – Corporate Property Services

As a relationship manager in Momentum Wealth’s corporate property division, Kent works primarily with residential development syndicates.

In this role Kent manages a broad range of responsibilities including market research, due diligence, site acquisition, design, planning and fund raising.

Through his work, Kent has acquired a sound understanding of the Perth property market, which is essential to identifying the changing and varying needs of investors and owner-occupier buyers, alike.

Prior to joining Momentum Wealth’s corporate property division, Kent worked as an acquisitions specialists in the company’s private client division for 4 years.

Kent’s outstanding work has been recognised with back-to-back wins at the REIWA and REIA Awards for Excellence in which he won the Buyer’s Agent of the Year award in 2014 and 2015.

Kent has also completed a bachelor of economics majoring in money and banking.
