From the onset her service has been courteous, professional, her advice - sound and accurate. The property met our requirements and Miriam was able to make an offer immediately after the viewing. The selling agent was obligated to continue with the scheduled home open. It later turned out he had over 21 prospects view the villa and was presented with over 7 offers in total on the day.

With strategic negotiation, Miriam's offer was countered by the seller (even though it wasn't the highest offer on the table) and was eventually accepted by the seller, to our great satisfaction.
